A legacy rooted in four generations of tradition.

OUR ROOTS

For four generations, and for well over a century, our family’s story has been rooted in the vines.

It began in the 1890s in the rolling hills of Veneto, in northeastern Italy, where our great-grandfather, Giuliano Marchetto, first planted the seeds of a tradition that would shape our family for generations to come.

In those early days, our family crafted wine to cellar and share with nearby osterias and inns—a simple expression of the land, made to bring people together around the table.

That same spirit has been lovingly carried forward ever since.

A NEW BEGINNING

Though an ocean now separates us, our roots remain the same.

Thanks to our father, Antonio Marchetto, we have had the privilege of continuing this family legacy for more than 50 years here in British Columbia’s Fraser Valley.

Though an ocean now separates us from Veneto, the values, traditions, and techniques passed down through our family remain at the heart of everything we do.

HAND-PICKED AND HANDCRAFTED

Our philosophy is simple:
allow the grape to speak for itself.

Today, we are devoted to producing high-quality wines in the traditional Italian style. The Fraser Valley’s warm summers and gentle winters remind us of the landscapes where our story begin, creating ideal conditions for aromatic, fruit-forward grapes that echo those we once grew in Italy.

We tend these vines personally, with great care and respect for the fruit. Our philosophy is simple: allow the grape to speak for itself. By intervening as little as possible, we let the wine develop naturally, preserving the character, depth and honesty of every vintage.

While our roots are firmly grounded in tradition, we also embrace modern technology and state-of-the-art equipment to craft each wine to the highest possible standard—always by hand, always with heart.

From our family to yours, we hope each bottle brings warmth to your table and becomes part of your own cherished memories and moments.
